인천대학교 국제지원과에서는 학부 외국인 유학생들의 친목을 도모하고 대학생활 적응을 지원하고자 동아리를 다음과 같이 모집합니다. 

동아리 활동에 흥미가 있는 우리 대학 학생들의 많은 신청 바랍니다

◻ 모집대상

 - 외국인 학부 유학생 및 내국인 학생(재학생)
*내국인 학생은 총 참가 인원의 20% 이하로 제한

 - 동아리 수: 5팀

 - 동아리 활동기간: 2026. 4. 10.(금) ~ 2026. 7. 31.(금), 4개월간

 - 세부지원내용
• 동아리 대표자: 1인/1개월 당 100,000원 지급
• 동아리 활동비: 1팀 당/1학기 500,000원 범위 내

◻ 신청방법

 - 신청기간: ~ 2026. 3. 29.(일)까지

 - 신청방법: E-mail (isc@inu.ac.kr)로 신청서류 제출

 - 신청서류: 신청서, 참가자 명단, 개인정보수집 및 활용 동의서(개인별 작성)
*신청서, 참가자 명단은 동아리별로 1부씩만 제출하고 개인정보동의서는 참가자 모두 제출

- 신청인원: 5인 이상(내국인: 총 참가자의 20% 이하로 참여 가능)

- 신청조건
• 대표자는 외국인 유학생만 가능
• 한국어가 가능한 학생 참여 필수(내·외국인 상관없음)
• 중복지원 불가(1인 1동아리 참여)
• 외국인 유학생은 2026-1학기「한국법령이해교육」강좌 이수자만 참여 가능(팀원 중 미이수자가 있을 시 미선발 예정)

◻ 기타사항

 - 동아리 활동이 저조하거나 대표자 의무사항 미준수 시 지원 중단 가능

 - 참여자 수, 계획성 및 진정성 등을 종합적으로 심사

 - 2025년도 2학기 운영했던 동아리 우선 선발

 - 활동분야가 겹치지 않는 동아리 우선 선발

◻ 대표자 역할 및 활동비 지급방법

 - 대표자 의무사항
• 팀원 과반수가 참여하는 오프라인 활동 월 1회 이상 추진(활동계획서 및 활동보고서 작성, 제출)
• 국제지원과 홈페이지에 동아리 활동사항 게시
• 그 외 동아리 참여자 간 소통 창구 역할 등
• 의무사항 증빙자료 제출

- 대표자 활동비 지급
• 지급금액: 1인/1개월당 100,000원
• 제출서류: 대표자 활동 결과 보고서, 홈페이지 활동사진 게시 필수
• 지급방법: 개인별 계좌이체

The International Service Center at Incheon National University is recruiting student clubs to promote friendship among international undergraduate students and to support their adaption to university life. We encourage all students who are interested in clubs activities to apply.

 - International undergraduate students and Korean students (currently enrolled)
*The number of Korean students is limited to no more than 20% of the total participants

 - Number of clubs: 5 teams

 - Activity period: April 10, 2026 (Fri) - July 31, 2026 (Fri), 4 months

 - Benefits
• Team leader (1 person): KRW 100,000 per month
• Activity Buget (1 team): KRW 500,000 per semester

 - Application period: Until March 29, 2026 (Sun)

 - How to apply: Submit application documents via E-mail (isc@inu.ac.kr)

 - Required documents: Application form, participant list, consent form for the collection and use personal information (every participant)
*The application form and participant list should be submitted only one per team, while consent forms must be submitted by all participants.

 - Requirements: Minimum of 5 participants (Korean students may participate, but must not exceed 20% of the team)

 - Application conditions
• The team leader must be an international student
• At least one member must be able to communicate in Korean
• Duplicate applications are not allowed (one student per one club)

◻ Additional Notes

 - Financial support may be discontinued if club activities are insufficient or if the team leader fails to fulfill required reponsibilities

◻ Selection Criteria

 - Number of participants, feasibility and sincerity of the activity plan

 - Priority given to clubs operated in Fall 2025

 - Priority given to clubs with non-overlapping activity fields

◻ Team Leader Responsibilities and Payment

 - Team Leader Responsibilities
• Conduct at least one offline activity per month with the majority of team members (Submit activity plans and reports)
• Upload club activity on the ISC website
• Serve as a communication channel among members
• Submit required supporting documents

- Team Leader Allowance Payment
• Amount: KRW 100,000 per month
• Requirements: Submission of activity reports and uploading activity photos on the website
• Method: Bank transfer to the individual account
