우리 학교에서 단체접수를 받고 있으니 참고하시어 기간 내 서류제출바랍니다.

해당 기간 내 미 신청 시, 개별적으로 출입국사무소를 방문하여 신청바랍니다.

* 분실, 비자변경 등으로 인한 재발급 또한 개별적으로 출입국사무소 방문하여 신청바랍니다.

* 입국 후 90일 이내 외국인등록을 하지 않을 경우, 유학비자가 취소되며 벌금을 납부해야 합니다.

All foreigners who have entered Korea must register with the Immigration Office within 90 days of arrival.

Our university is accepting group applications, so please submit the required documents within the designated period.

If you do not apply during this period, you must visit the Immigration Office individually to complete the registration.

• In cases of reissuance due to loss or visa change, you must also visit the Immigration Office individually.

• If you do not complete foreigner registration within 90 days of arrival, your student visa will be canceled and you will be required to pay a fine.

* 접수기한: 2025.09.01. ~ 2025.09.03 17:00

* 제출장소: 국제교육지원팀 사무실(1호관 107호)

* 신청서류

- 통합신청서 1부(이름 대문자, 검정색 펜으로 작성, 국제교육지원팀 사무실에 있음)

- 여권사본

- 사진 1매(여권용 사진, 6개월 이내 촬영, 이전에 사용한 사진은 사용불가)

- 재학증명서(9월 1일부터 발급 가능)

- 수수료 35,000원

- 체류지 입증서류(한국 내 집 계약서, 기숙사 입사증명서 등) 사본 1부

- 사증발급확인서 1부.

[Guidelines for Alien Registration Card (ARC) Application]

■ Application Period:
September 1 (Mon) – September 3 (Wed), 2025, by 17:00

■ Submission Location:
Office of International Education Support (Building 1, Room 107)

* Documents

- Application Form (Write your name in capital letters using a black pen; form available at the Office of ISC)

- A copy of your passport

- One photo (passport-sized, taken within the last 6 months; previously used photos on your visa issurance are not accepted)

- Certificate of Enrollment (Issurance Available starting September 1)

- Application fee: 35,000 KRW

- Proof of residence in Korea (e.g., a copy of your housing contract, dormitory certificate, etc.)

- Certificate of Visa Issuance
